Logic Builder (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. ("Logic Builder", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and how it is handled, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you submit our Contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, company name, email address, phone number (optional) and the message you enter. We do not collect payment information on this website.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, or follow up on the request you made. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for marketing unless you separately ask us to keep you updated.

How it's stored

Enquiries submitted through the Contact form are sent directly to our sales inbox by email. We keep enquiry records only for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request and for our own business records.

Third parties

We do not share your personal data with third parties except where required to fulfil your enquiry (for example, looping in a relevant product principal if you ask about a specific brand) or where required by law.

Your rights
